I’m June Tran, I love discovering the richness of global culture, including unique elements that blend the old and the new. My passion? Reviving the old, bringing it back to life! Don’t throw away those pre-loved items – show them some love and let them live again! Yoga & fitness is basically a must-do in my daily life – no ifs, ands or buts! I just gotta get it done everyday, no excuses allowed!
Being a Libra, I’m passionate about life’s romantic moments, but I’m also a logical thinker — my head and my heart go hand-in-hand. I never lose sight of the beauty of life, but I also always make sure that what I’m doing makes sense. And when it comes to responding to changes and challenges, I’m always flexible and open-minded.
I am not a businesswoman by profession but I believe my artistic talent and entrepreneurial drive are in my blood. As the CEO of Handcrafted Beauty Ltd, I love to run my company in a way that’s comfortable, open, flexible and friendly. I always encourage creative thinking in every situation from design, photography, content, and handling work.
I believe there is no better way to make your work life enjoyable than by having a culture where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves openly and honestly, where they can make mistakes without fear of judgement or criticism, where they can be themselves and make mistakes without fear of repercussion.
I love working with my team and our business partners. Risk-taking is not something I believe in, especially when it comes to the safety of our company and its relationships; that always comes first.
At Handcrafted Beauty Ltd, we do not have KPIs because we want everyone to have freedom to be creative and collaborate with clients. Great work is always the aim, but ethical work is even more important. Transparency, clarity and fair play in all situations is something I value in both my career and in life.
